Cooking Tip - How to Peel Garlic Cloves
- Break the garlic bulb into cloves.
- Place the cloves into a stainless steel bowl.
- Place a similar sized stainless steel bowl on top (top to top).
- Shake like hell (warn people beforehand, it does get noisy).
- The garlic skin should now have fallen off, or it will be very easy to pick off.
