I don't think I would continue a conversation with someone who looks down on a professional gambler.

The only professions I have disgust for are child pron producers, child prostitution pimps, and welfare leeches.

I have had very interesting conversations with pro thieves, drug smugglers, gamblers. Would love to chat with a counterfitter, hit man, mercenary, or religious cult founder.

I find prostitutes and politicians tiresome and dull, and for the same reasons.
