i would suggest getting a job at a restaurant waiting tables. usually if you are a bartender you are the last one out, and wont get out till late. it will be hard to wake up in the morning and be fresh.
If you are a server then you still get out at a decent hour. You can make decent money in a high end restaurant like Mortons, Signature Room. Ruth Chris, Charles, The Palm, Flemings, Roy, Don Shulas, and the list can go on in a city near you.
However you will need some decent experience so you need to start somewhere.
Also I Know a guy who Valet's cars at night and make dame good money like 60k a year and the government doesn't know any where near what he really makes. During the day he buys, fixes up, and flips properties......
those are some starting points. if you don't have good restaurant experience you will need to start somewhere.
