Convenient Side-Jobs?

i would suggest getting a job at a restaurant waiting tables. usually if you are a bartender you are the last one out, and wont get out till late. it will be hard to wake up in the morning and be fresh.

If you are a server then you still get out at a decent hour. You can make decent money in a high end restaurant like Mortons, Signature Room. Ruth Chris, Charles, The Palm, Flemings, Roy, Don Shulas, and the list can go on in a city near you.

However you will need some decent experience so you need to start somewhere.

Also I Know a guy who Valet's cars at night and make dame good money like 60k a year and the government doesn't know any where near what he really makes. During the day he buys, fixes up, and flips properties......

those are some starting points. if you don't have good restaurant experience you will need to start somewhere.

i concur. did this while starting a recriting biz...it was great fun really. decent tips..one night did $500! averaged around $120 for a good night...but slow days was like $15. CRAZY people work in restaraunts...that can be good or bad. in my case it was good crazy.

There are several jobs that you could do a little training and get credentialed and, thus, ramp up a good income performance level.

Second shift jobs in the medical industry would work quite well and especially if you are out west. The EMT Baisc will get you hired in a NY minute.

If you want to go for making good commissions, hook up with indepenent insurance sales. A good first level is selling to new home buyers. You can make about 1,000 an evening with two appointments. Were you older, you could work the home buyer market for those who buy the larger homes in your area. Your age will hold you back on that. The commissions run about 10 times the above mentioned. That door is not open to you because this type of decision maker is usually wealthy and will not respect your views or presentation.

I use younger people to prep for staff that meet the public. They cut their own hours and 600 bucks a day is an easy wage to pay since it is about neglible compared to the commissions their prep earns for us. To prep for a 5,000 commission takes 45 minutes.

Bi-lingual is an advantage as well.

To make 500 bucks a day trading takes about 20,000 dollars capital for an expert. Late teens can do this quite handily.

I don't know much about it aside from the fact that although it wasn't high paying, they were able to make a little $$ and had very flexible hours..as much or little time commitment as they wanted I think.

There is another program by another firm who does a similar thing that they eventually switched to, and they liked that better, but I don't remember the name off hand. If you are interested PM me and I will ping them on it.
