Contingency Orders?

Do any of you know a retail broker that offers
OCO ?
Example: in a stock trade, want to exit position
Market on Close OR Trailing Stop Order fill.
When one order is filled, the other order is cancelled.

Interactive Brokers. But note that there are restrictions imposed by NYSE on when you can cancel a MOC order.

With IB, you can do it up to at around 3:45PM EST. However, if your trailing stop order gets filled in the last 10-20 minutes, your MOC order may also get filled.
