consumer confidence soars unexpectedly for April

hmmm....could it be because our 401k's have inched up a little bit? this is why I feel market will not go back below 8000. It has to be stabilized so economy can stabilized and this is why obama admin will do everything it can to stabilize it.

Interesting that Marc Faber said yesterday he does not see much overall weakness in the markets due to the "print money" path chosen by the fed. This occurring while the economy detonates further... interesting.

Consumer confidence mostly just puppy-dogs the stock market.... which is why the government makes such an effort to pump it up.
