Constitution Rights vs the Govt Thread during a Pandemic

You are still 10% body fat or more.

Oh, maybe you are really Obama ;) You just described him.

There are not many fat cokeheads out there.

Exactly the court is just saying "Governor's...you can shut down events, have crowd limitations or restrict gatherings for health issues but stop making the decisions with arbitrary guidelines that leave people wondering what the fuck?"

because its the supreme court moron....this was a very big deal...
and their decisions was neither meaningless as you said nor moot.

As you might expect... they pretty much told the lower court they the state not only needs a compelling interest but they better have a narrowly tailored law... and facts supporting the restrictions...

this scrutiny standard is a big deal... to anyone who understands that court could have used a scrutiny which gives much more deference.

we are dealing with constitutional rights and the court let us know... the governor can not will nilly pick an choose who stays open and who must close.

Something which I know i told you covid morons in the past.

Now... unless the state actually proves facts and a narrowly tailored and consistently applied law... I would expect Roberts and maybe even some of the lefties to join the majority if the case comes back up.

Why don’t you post the full text of the decision including the part sending it back to the third district and making it clear the decision is in no way final.

Quoting a tiny portion is meaningless in context of all the text.
