Sir, to answer your questions

I trade with 50K of capital

My trades are automated so there are no hard rules for frequency etc, but I trade in 500 or 1000 share lots, the average hold is under 2 hours and some days I have no trades and some days ten trades. Note, length of trade can vary from minutes to days. For me the key is developing a system that suits your product. Because I trade only two items, and they are similar, I can be profitable. SBUX and COST. I like the Nas but I avoid tech and medicine. I'm thinking about trading BBBY. (I'm testing a few ideas on my program, but havn't cracked it yet) I have kids, mortgage, etc so like I say, I have to trade to eat.
 
The data for Block Trading may be correct, LOL. You had to see it to believe it!!! Looked like a crap table in Vegas. Jump in and buy something THEN try to figure out which way it was going to move.
