Considering Tradovate. Anyone using them?

Lots of good reviews on TrustPilot, but quite a few bad ones, too. I'm a bit spooked by these. Complaints about buggy software, bracket orders not working and I saw someone on Reddit complain about orders being filled that they had not placed.

Hard to know what to believe as it's possible the guys writing these are not the most savvy people.
