Did you add a zero? Don't you mean 1.50 per 1000 shares or .0015 per share

No, exactly what I meant, 15 cents per 1000 or .00015 per share. I should add that this is at a physical location, not solo.

I think if your getting that deal at an established office with established quality traders that is a great deal (assuming no money up, no risk to trader, etc)

You trade your own way. Max drawdown and trade position size depends on experience.
