Conservatives: Always on the wrong side of history.

Quote from RCG Trader:

Freedom and liberty. Should these things be extended to all people?

In AMERICA, right now, all people are free. everyone living here deserves and has the same Constitutional rights, unless they forfeit them by violating the rights of another. No minorities deserve any unique treatment, like AA, which they have.

And what is the origin of AA, did it fall out of the sky?

Dude what are you taking ricters place today?

It is racist, bullshit legislation born from phony guilt by people who didn't even exist when there was slavery, for people who didn't exist when there was slavery. White people don't owe blacks or any other minority anything except equality.

All non criminals. This nation is supposed be all about that.

For over 150 years before social welfare people came here by the boatload for the oppotunities it created. People want freedom.

Now in the age of welfare states people want freedom, but they also want prosperity for nothing and have equated that with freedom. It never works, sooner or later the welfare state takes away freedom. It must in order to pay all the people who have no problem with the immorality of living off other people's work.

Was there equality at the time this law was passed?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Affirmative_action

It was "coined" by executive order 3 years before the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It was expanded into its present even more ridiculous form AFTER. It (AA) wasn't needed then and isn't needed now, the laws are on the books, everyone has equal rights. It isn't the fed govts job to promote equal employment, and they DO NOT have the Constitutional authority to do so. Of course that doesn't matter to libs, because the feds have the might and can force compliance. You guys are digging your own grave and don't even understand how.

Quote from RCG Trader:

You said non-criminals, which infers that criminals can apply for relief, I think you are lying.

how the hell does what I said infer that there should an application process for criminals?

lying about what?
