Everything is a false flag event, for some other greater, wider, hidden, motivation agenda. You can't just magically, instill, major change overnight...you have to create an event or chain of events to bring it out slowly over time. Money, power, control, governments is one very big, complex, slow, chess game. Most people are very short and narrow minded to realize things outside of their immediate, daily, personal lives.
