Our President is spinning better than Bill Clinton. Last night, President Obama informed Charles Barkley during a TNT interview that signing up for Obamacare was just part of growing up. The President went on to claim that young people could find health insurance for less than their cell phone bill or their cable bill. Of course, for 27 year olds in markets like Virginia and Arkansas, premiums will rise 252% and 171%, respectively. In Arkansas, that's $285 a month. In Virginia, that's $581.55 a month.

What kind of cable and cell phone service is Obama referring to when he says young people will be able to find health insurance for less than their cell phone and cable bills?...
 
How much of a liberal cheerleader is MSNBC's Ed Schultz? On Monday's Ed Show, the host was asked this question by a viewer: "Who is your favorite President?" Rather than answer with liberal heroes like Franklin Roosevelt, Lyndon Johnson or John F. Kennedy, Schultz immediately responded, "President Obama."
The cable anchor enthused, "I respect him immensely for what he has done with the economy, which I think absolutely is amazing."

Do you remember the story of the lesbian waitress, Dayna Morales, who allegedly got stiffed on a tip by a bigoted couple? And how it eventually came out that she concocted the whole thing out of thin air? Yeah, well, this past week’s latest incident of fake viral homophobia makes that look practically innocent.

In a nutshell, what happened was this: two radio hosts in Long Island decided to spike their ratings by forging a fake RSVP to a child’s birthday party. According to the fictitious account, the mother of one of the guests wrote a homophobic screed on the back of the invitation, addressed to the birthday girl’s two homosexual parents. The story quickly went viral and was picked up by Huffington Post, Jezebel, and all the usual suspects.

It blazed its merry way across the Internet until the two hosts came clean and said, “Whoops, actually we just made that up. Our bad.”
