While we're at it, anyone who has listened to Limbaugh over the years is familiar with a one of his regular gags, which is to present the days news with sound clips of virtually every network news and leftist pundit using the exact same words and phrases that push the leftist views.

I think i'd like to thank pie for starting this thread and refreshing my memory as to how virtually everything the left is involved in includes a behind the scenes conspiracy to defraud the voter.

Ah yes, the British and Australians with their much safer lives. Excellent. How again would you rid the streets of the hundreds of millions of guns already in circulation?

You must have a solution to this problem, right? Is it sorcery? Prayer? Mind Control? I mean, you're a liberal - you have the solution to everything. Let's say you could pass all the laws you wanted to on gun control. How would you then get rid of all the weapons out there?

Question is to you too, Ricter (since you refuse to answer it). How would either of you get rid of all the weapons in circulation in a reliable manner?

As I said, gun control does work in select situations. It may not work in other situations as costs would exceed benefits. But, we can always work to expand it, especially as technology lowers costs.

It is Security that works in select situations, not Gun Control.

But let's go to your point on costs. Let's say you had a near infinite amount of money to throw at the situation. What would you do to get rid of all the weapons?
