Conservative hero Roy Moore diddles 14 year old girls

And that is your excuse for defending someone who you tacitly acknowledge as a pedophile? You didn't dispute the allegation but rather only its relevance in the scheme of things.

I already pointed out that we are talking about allegations for one incident 40 years ago when he allegedly felt up a 14 year old girl. Not one shred of proof and he denies it. Now there are suspicions the women were paid to make up stories. As James Carville used to remind us, if you have no ethics and are willing to spread money around, you can get people who will say pretty much anything.

At one time in our country, only a scandal sheet would publish this kind of unsubstantiated long ago memory. Now it's the WashPost, a paper that never had much in the way of ethics and now has totally abandoned any pretense of it. What they do must be laid at the evil Bezo's feet. Trump must make him bend the knee. His reign may depend on it.

Comey 100% said that he decided to move up his announcement about his findings in the case because of the Tarmac. 100% said he was disturbed by that. Which- just as I said- means that even Comey did not accept your bullshit dismissal of lynch and bubba by alleging that they intentionally did it in the open.

You stepped in it bigtime and are trying to walk sideways like a crab to get away from it.

Pretty cowardly.
the reason he decided to go ahead and issue his findings and conclusions so suddenly was that the whole Tarmac episode made him want to puke or words to that effect.
I have a 100% clear and correct memory of what he said.
No, the tarmac episode is not what made him "mildly nauseous." It was the possibility of his affecting the election:

So much for your 100% clear and correct memory. But I bet you know the best words because you have a good brain.

Sorry Cowboy, but Comey outlined what he could not stomach and you selected one of the others but not the only thing that he could not tolerate.

But let's stay with your assertion contention- your stupid statement suggesting that the Clinton/Loretta meeting occurred openly which counters any allegation that it was secretive or inappropriate. Whereupon I said that even Comey - an apologist and defended or Clinton- could not tolerate it and that is why he pulled the plug on the investigation process and ended it.

"And then the capper was -- and I'm not picking on the attorney general, Loretta Lynch, who I like very much -- but her meeting with President Clinton on that airplane was the capper for me, and I then said, you know what, the department cannot, by itself, credibly end this," - James Comey.

Pretty pathetic. Next time get your facts right and skip the cowardly crab walk off to the side.

You want to go further with that allegation about them intending to meet openly? Didn't think so.

And as I stated in another thread earlier this week, whether or not a decision to prosecute would have any impact on the election is of absolutely no concern to law enforcement. None, zero, nada. Admitting that he was concerned is demonstration that he had a political motivation behind his decision. This is why Trump fried his ass and with just cause. FBI Directors are not supposed to play political favorites. Neither are AG's. Clearly that is exactly what happened here.

...The most remarkable pushback came from Alabama State Auditor Jim Zeigler, who dismissed the allegations by saying that there was also an age gap between the biblical Joseph and Mary. “Mary was a teenager and Joseph was an adult carpenter. They became parents of Jesus,” he told The Washington Examiner. “There’s just nothing immoral or illegal here. Maybe just a little bit unusual.”

Zeigler said the allegations, even if true, are “much ado about nothing.” As part of his defense, he argued that Moore “fell in love with one of the younger women” and noted that the woman he wound up marrying later on is 14 years younger than him. “There is nothing to see here,” Zeigler said, predicting that voters would be angrier at The Washington Post for writing the story than at Moore for his behavior. He made another biblical reference: “Zachariah was extremely old to marry Elizabeth and they became the parents of John the Baptist,” he said.

The Republican National Committeeman from Alabama, Paul Reynolds, said that he trusts Vladimir Putin more than Moore’s accusers. “My gosh, it's The Washington Post. If I’ve got a choice of putting my welfare into the hands of Putin or The Washington Post, Putin wins every time,” he told The Hill. “This is going to make Roy Moore supporters step up to the plate and give more, work more and pray more.”
