I think hate speech (no matter how ill-informed) should be tolerated until people call for illegal violence against a group. Saying you're going death-con 3 on a group of people when you wake up counts as a violent threat.
 
Kanye has serious mental issues.... the fact that he is still relevant is quite sad and we can all blame the Kardashians for giving him so big a platofrm... he was tolerable when he just made music ...
