Conners VIX Reversals

Would anyone like to discuss Conners VIX Reversals and their application? He also sells, (astonished) a videa on how he applies them to "Trade like a specialist"..... funnny how that all the sudden appeared when it was rumored that specialist were making gobs of money on the huge gap down openings during the hard downturn earlier this year.

Anyhow, anybody who would like to discuss, chime in, I'm all for it.
 
I think the jacket of his book on the subject brags that they have correctly predicted the direction of the spoos approximately 65% of the time over a 2-3 day period.

65%? and what does within a 2-3 day period mean. Sometimes 2 days, but sometimes in needs another day to work?

Col seems to peak in November every year.
 
I think Astrikos has some good info on the VIX. If anyone subscribes there prehaps they could post. They are probably the only website I would pay for that seems to have consistently good trading/timing signals.

The signals are given every night to members at www.tradingmarkets.com. They also have a free course on using them. Basically, the idea is to enter on sentiment reversals, which tend to be at short term swing highs/lows. The key concept is that he does not use an absolute level of VIX, but uses an extreme movement coupled with some sort of reversal. I have found the signals to be pretty good, although they can be tricky to trade.

just read dons opening thread.you will get the idea.thats why don says play on the same side as the specialist.they always make money no matter what the stock does.
