Connecting Ninjatrader to Bitmex does not work

Hi all,

I just tried to connect Ninjatrader to Bitmex, to get better charts for the Cryptos. I did everything according to the manual on the Bitmex website:

But somehow, it does not work. I never get a connection, the status in Ninjatrader allways remains on Yellow (connecting).

Any idea what could be the problem ?

I suggest log this in Ninja Forum as well, though they most likely will say it is BitMex issue.

I guess you doing it for research only: The BitMEX plugin does not support trading or any transactions. It only provides market data for research and testing purposes.

Yes exactly, I want that just for charting, not for actual trading.

use tradingview.com for charting. it's free.

MrMuppet, I think tradingview does not offer tickcharts...

But I just see that I can access and even trade BTC exchanges with SierraChart. I will try that.

ninja is a fantastic platform. With lots of robust features. Care to elaborate why you called it crap ???
