You apparently need to make a "right turn"...
Where in the Constitution does it exclude illegal aliens or anyone for this matter? The 4th, 5th, 6th & 8th Admendents are written specifically to protect as you say "CRIMINALS".
The way I read it all people accused of crimes are protected by the constitution in America.
The Supreme Court is the final arbiter on this issue, do you know if they have ruled on this?
This is an interesting topic.
do illegals aliens, who are therefore criminals have a right to privacy in their abodes?
Do those who may be there with illegals have a privacy shield which needs to be honored?
Will all this lead to a national bar code on our heads or in our hands which can be scanned by those xray trucks driving around on the streets?
Will those codes then be a requirement to do commerce without cash?
Will we be required to pay for health insurance? suffer phone and computer taps...
all because the left and the right politicians have sold us out to their masters?
what ever happened to individual liberty within the country and border security?
1) no, as the 'abode' and act of 'aboding' are illegal in and of themselves.
2) yes, of course. being with a criminal doesn't make you a criminal. others present still have all the rights of any other americanl
3) i sure as hell hope not. there's really no need for it. borders could be secured easily, and deportations can take place over time, as illegals are found. we could bring the army home from pointless, endless wars 1/2 way around the world and have them protect our border, where we actually do have national security threats. the border could easily be secured, they just refuse to do so. such measures are in no way needed to secure the border or deport illegals. FWIW i believe that all illegals should be deported in a timely, humane, and dignified manner.
