Congress moves to turn back taxes over to debt collectors

What??!? I don't tow a party line, and I'm a registered republican, (but Libertarian, and Tea Party member.) The establishment RINOS, and Nazicrats tow a party line. I'm the very first to call bullshit on Republicans, and Libertarians who fuck up, as evidence from my posts here alone. I raise all sorts of hell over George Bush, John mcCain, countless others, and yes, even my favorite Rand Paul, who's no longer my favorite...:(

Limit the Number of Congressional Terms Members Can Serve

With Congressional approval ratings at an all-time low, it is clear that we are fed up with the abuse of power, partisan gridlock and lack of representation that has defined Congress for many years.

Thankfully, it is possible to alter our corrupted Congress and disrupt their comfortable state of profit and inaction. Through our right to vote, Americans can change the face of Congress and insist upon better representation by demanding term limits for members of the House of Representatives and Senate.

Our goal is to have Congress pass an amendment to the Constitution that limits members of the House to a maximum of three 2-year terms and Senators to a maximum of two 6-year terms. This requires 2/3 of both the House and Senate to approve the amendment, then ratification by 75% of state legislatures. Two-thirds of state legislatures can also propose a Constitutional Convention to amend the Constitution.

Recent polls reveal that nearly 80% of Americans are in favor of term limits for Congress, but it is safe to assume that Congress is not going to limit its own power through an amendment without significant pressure from voters....
