Congress Member Introduces Bill to Stop Funding Terrorists

good job mr. presidient and secretary of state. perhaps she should have introduced this bill 7 years ago.
 
She may have not been in congress 7 years ago. but I find it a bit odd she is doing it after a democrat won't be in office. why did she not propose it before clinton lost?

By the way, I am not commenting on the merits of the bill. just the politics of it.
 
The member is Tulsi Gabbard, Dem-Hi, and she is pretty damn impressive. She served, Army I think in the ME, and does not take crap from anyone. The dems kicked her off some prestigious DNC committee when she backed Bernie instead of Hillary. Trump had her up to the interview room a couple of weeks ago. If he made her Sec. of State, I would applaud.

Her bill might be a bit of signaling to Trump, but until he came in, it had no chance. Influential republicans like those morons McCain and Graham wanted to invade Syria, not get uninvolved. And Obama wasn't accepting any limits on giving arms to muslim terrorists. It's practically his main legacy.
