Nothing like being short during a Holiday shortened week with all of the "funds" on vacation and no potential sellers around. SPX takes out last week's high of 1517.53 by nearly two points today. Tomorrow, the market closes early and shorts will get squeezed even more.
Prices VACCUMING upward on little volume quite typical of thin Holiday trading. S&P's up another 17 points and the week has only begun. No dips or pullbacks this time around. That is not how thin Holiday trading works . . . Instead, the market and prices simply VACCUM to a new level.
But then again, I'm quite certain that the "shorties" on ET who continue to look for the big collapse have the DEEPEST pockets around and will continue selling their "paper" trades every 5 and 10 handles up.
