Conditional Orders With Interactive Brokers

How can I enter the following conditional trade on interactive brokers?

At market close, purchase 100 shares of Apple if Apple's price is at least 20 dollars more than Microsoft's price?

No. You would have to program that on an algorithmic trading platform.

Doubt you can do relative stuff though. You could create a virtual instrument in TWS that you might be able to use as an input though.

I want to know whether a Bracket Order in IB can be placed repetitively with attaching some conditions or some settings changes. Precisely, I want to place the same order again and again once my original order is exited after hitting Stop/Target.
