Condition to trigger order at certain time of day?

Is there a conventional order which may allow a trader to avoid filling an order at certain open market times (thinking 20 mins. post opening and pre-closing)? Hell, is there a time condition I'm just missing?

This of course coupled w/the conventional stop or limit order.

Would your platform create some sort of "IF" and/or "THEN" type of orders.

Ex: If time is past 12:30pm and price is either >high or <low of 30 min. bar of starting from 12:00 pm.

if so, then go long or go short.

I don’t know if the conditional order ticket has charting studies.
