OSLO, Norway - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Thursday she has already answered the questions she has been subpoenaed to answer before a congressional committee and suggested she is not inclined to comply with the order.

I say we send the cops to bring her back in handcuffs. There's no room for law breakers in this country.

I don't know if that is such a good idea. If the right wingers saw Condi in handcuffs, they would get so sexually aroused that they might have to pleasure themselves, then in that post orgasmic glow they would calm down for at least a brief minute and perhaps be reasonable.
