It's a lousy way to live, not being able to go out to dinner and enjoying it with equanimity.
Did they ever catch those punks who robbed the Pizza place and killed everyone?

The perps stabbed everyone to death. It's in a highly populated and busy area, so gun shots would have quickly brought onlookers/police.

The restaurant is about a mile from where I used to live. Didn't frequent the place, but was there once. Kind of sickening to think about.

I wouldn't open carry ever. I do not want to be the first one shot by a criminal during an armed robbery.
