The Boston Strangler used nylon stocking to kill most of his victims.

Does this mean stockings should be banned and the manufactures sued for their responsibility in producing these deadly weapons?
 
Jeffery Dahmer, now he creates a dilemma. What do we ban because of his serial killings? The drugs he used to subdue his victims, the fingers or ligatures used to strangle his victims, the power saw used to dismember his victims, or just ban gay men altogether?

The crazy thing about the US is there is no doubt there are huge crime rates in your country and the availability of guns is an important factor in that statistic.

Some of you obviously just want a high crime rate and lots of random, preventable murders. And you'd defend that to the death ( quite literally unfortunately for some people ). And apparently for some of you people who don't like guns are somehow supposed to be ridiculed. Quite the opposite reaction is more rational; people defending the pro-gun ideas should be ridiculed there is no upside at all.

Statistically, there is no debate, the numbers don't lie. Other interesting statistics : the US puts more of its citizens in jail then any civilized country ( with seemingly no reduction in crime rates ), and smoking cigarettes greatly increases your risk of early death. And, again, some people will debate these numbers to death and ignore reality.
