Study: Black girls reach puberty faster than others
A new study shows that girls as young a 7-years-old are experiencing early signs of puberty.
The study looks at 1,239 girls ranging from various races. According to the study, 10 percent of white, 23 percent of black and 14 percent of Hispanic girls have "breast stage two" which is known as the first stage of puberty.
Dr. Ivor Horn, Pediatrician at Children's Medical Center in Washington, D.C. says these findings are not shocking.
"It's not surprising because we are seeing the trend in our practices and I think that this is consistent with a previous study, but it's telling us that unlike the previous study in 1997, more girls are developing at the age of 7 and 8.

This study is a comparison of blacks to hispanics, the differences with the average Caucasian onset of puberty highlight even greater differences
What can we do about these racist hormones and biological processes!! We need to see if we can get a class action racism suit against them.... I'm sure jesse jackemup can lead the way!!

Ducking the question? How is it not implicit? I'd end all forms of systemic discrimination, including AA and "diversity" quotas. I would end all public funding for any racially based aid, or any race based organization or group.
I wouldn't outlaw racially based scholarships, organizations, schools, or businesses. They would simply have to survive without public funding. I'd outlaw public discrimination, against whites or any other group. The views of private people and entities on racial issues is outside the scope of government. How is my opinion not apparent?
