Complete newbie looking at prop firms

Hello--

I am looking for a firm that has:
(1) acceptable (whatever that is) commission rates for a newbie
(2) no deposit required
(3) ok to good training program
(4) ok to good reputation/street cred
(5) NYC office/s
(6) licensing exams ok

Based on my reading thus far, only seen First New York fall into this category.
