Complete list of active ETFs?

Anyone know where I can find a complete/up-to-date list of active ETFs? Hopefully a list that is maintained and updated when ETFs are introduced or dropped.

I have been building my own list by going to the various fund sites and the lists on morningstar and yahoo finance are not up-to-date.

How many are there that are actively managed? Do you mind posting them?
