Complete "Level 3" data?

Hi,

I recently started using the Nasdaq Bookviewer, and I love the additional information vs. standard Level 2.

However it only shows the Nasdaq order book. Is there a single provider that would include the same information but also include the order books for ARCA, EDGE, BATS, etc?

How much is Bookviewer? Can historical L1, L2 data be downloaded for backtesting?
 
Bookviewer is $15/month. It's pretty basic, no backtesting just live data with some options for filtering/sorting, but you see every order sitting on Nasdaq so it's pretty sweet, just wish the rest of the ECN's were all aggregated in the list instead of just Nasdaq.
