Complain about Interactive Brokers (IB)

I am disturbed by this unfair bad publicity about IB.
I don't have an IB account. But when I was looking into it, I read documentation on their website to the fact that they do hold funds for approximately 2 weeks. I knew that and I would expect that. So why is this individual complaing so much? It must be that he/she did not read the full documentation.

Actually, it would only be bad publicity to the type of person who nobody would want for a client anyway.
7th: If you want the money back, ask for it, and you'll probably get it quickly. If you want to trade with IB, wait for them to approve the account. It's really that simple. The constant repetition of the same comments (in your difficult-to-understand English) is just dumb.
