Complain about Interactive Brokers (IB)

Apparently he wants to be paid for his wasted time.

By the way Sergey, I just wanted to let you know - the fact that you couldn't be bothered to get an English speaker to proofread your website indicates that you don't have what it takes to run a business of any kind, much less one that demands the discipline of trading.

If you want I would be happy to proofread your documents and deliver them to you in a condition in which they might inspire confidence from your prospective customers. We can discuss my fee. Right now, when we go to your website, we simply wonder how anyone could be so foolish as to put up a site without taking the time to make the content intelligible.

Whining and crying about the mistakes you made in trying to open an IB account will not get you too may customers.
 
It appears like you are trying to promote your site to attract some clients who will be stupid enough to trust you, when your website is not even finished.
 
One week repo on the client's fund including immediate account activation already made all necessary document fillings. And one phone reply would be perfect about apologize from our client.

Funny.. one of the most important qualities of a trader is the ability to take responsibility for his own mistakes, and not blame the market, the MMs, the insiders, the broker, his equipment, etc.

But the first thing you are doing is blaming someone else for your mistakes in the account opening procedure. Do you really think that people will want to give you their money if they see this kind of thing?
 
Thanks for your offer. But you guys still manipulating (diverging) the problems on IB which actual thread was not our website. Please reply if you have the solution.

Why dont you want to understand the problem ?

*IB accepted the funds by gently before a week. We are unable to login our account even we have a welcome message from IB at the start of this week. So they are too unresponsive now (because they already have the funds from us), and telling us "We dont know when will your proof of address procedure finish." by not gently. We just simply want our rights and continue to invest in U.S

We are working more than IB in the U.S and not any single brokerage firm made this kind of replies.

I already know why you're account is not open, and I don't even have an IB account. If you read the online documents you will know too. But apparently you are too lazy.

Wipe your eyes and read your documentation, or get someone to read it to you.
