If I were IB, I would send your funds back. If you are trying to promote yourself, which it appears you are since there are no other legitimate issues in any of your posts, you are doing a great job of letting people know what you're all about. Congratulations.
Are you familiar with an organization called interpol? They may be able to help.
Why don't you contact them and tell them that you are a non-registered, non-certified, non-US financial advisor, who is trying to transfer overseas South American client funds(maybe even columbian!), into a US institution.
We dont want to receive funds back. We just want to trade with a great platform as Barron's said. Just wasted one full week, and keenly dont want another week as wasted.
