Comparing between two column

I have 2 Column both of them i have data and i want to compare the data in the first column by the other one, that if the data in any cell for the first column equal to any of cell in the second column show me that it true of false.
Example:

Column 1 Column 2 Comparing result
Nadir said Fadi helman 1
Lana will Madeline salon 0
Sami konia Nadir said 0
