Company allowed to put their stock ticker on t-shirts?

Is there any SEC rule against companys, specifically those with pink sheet or OTC stock putting their ticker symbol on t-shirts as part of their branding (a long with their company logo, etc.)?

Probably not;
but better ask SEC. I figure you would have to put a bunch, + a bunch of disclosures on the T shirt.......................................... Thats the way they do junk mail -pink sheet stock ads
