Companies with more than just stocks and options

Do some companies offer also some other trading instruments* besides classic stocks and options?
Which companies offer also corporate bonds and futures (and other instruments) for traders?
Are there any other such additional trading instruments of a company that traders could use?
Ie. kind of derivatives (like options) that to a certain degree depend on the stock price or other metric of the company (or an index).
Examples welcome. Thx.

I just mean all the various instruments a trader could have over a company or index.

Pretty certain futures are exclusive to indexes and commodities not individual companies.

These already counted. I mean beyond options and stock.

Futures are in the options market. You could buy junk bonds in companies that you think will make a comeback (AMC GameStop).

About 20-30 years ago, my brother bought junk bonds in a utility back east for some public transit authority. The US government finally jumped in and said they would make the bonds whole (or maybe 90% whole).

Also preferred stock in bad companies (that could make a comeback) might work...But you are playing with fire!!

Old guy here...The last thing that comes to mind, happened many years ago when commissions were high to buy stocks. Boring companies would offer to sell new shares to shareholders without fees...ADM comes to mind. Also high flyers would do the same thing...Apple comes to mind. This was in about 1985 or so. Things have really changed.

In Europe many companies (esp. the big companies) have besides stock and options also so called "certificates" or "knock-out certificates" (and some other types/names). I have no experience with these yet, but I exactly mean such additional instruments one could use besides stock and options of a company. It seems such instruments (products) are not offered in the US, and it seems also that in Europe such products are not offered to US citizens as there is a warning that says "the following info/offer is not valid if residence is USA".
