Look to the middle of the report for NYMEX light-sweet. Can the reported open interest in longs and shorts between the producers/swaps/managed and non-reportables, and as compared to change from the previous week, give us any insights? I haven't done any studies on this. Has anyone out there done so?

It's not really prediction, but since they[ Modern Trader, APRIL magazine] mentioned record number of shorts, does that mean anything to me ??NOT really, but since they also noted short sellers watch $55 carefully.OK.Long + medium term trend is up; they alsoso to speak, hedged their short sell comment with a longer term chart going to $110 . NOT a prediction, probable directions.......
