commission structure

looking at some prop trading firms to go work at. just wanted to know what some of the commish structures were out there? i've been qouted 0.01 per share 80%-90% payout. could use a little guidance.

You gotta be careful with many of them .. Some LLC-only companies could disappear quickly.

I do think that 0.01/share is kinda expensive, adds up quick. Many of them will negotiate the rates, I have been quoted rates down to 0.0035/share 1$minimum on a trade plus the ecn rebates pass-through, 90% pay out. And that's with looking around for a few hours and a few phone calls.
