None of the tribes in which I chose to participate in, acted in any such manner.
Even the Yanomami, whom I lived with more than 6 years in the Amazonian rain forests, and who were once known to be cannibalistic (though the leaders themselves would admit that they may indeed resort to such an act, yet again), would never allow someone to die, just because they were weak.
The tribes in which you speak of sound more like traveling nomads, and worthless pieces of shit at that.
The tribes in which I speak of, were noble. They were there to stay, defending their land, people, and way of life, much like the American society in which I am part of today.
