No doubt every republican and democrat alike dream of the day when we can see this on every construction site. Child labor will be cheap and that makes republicans smile, and the kid will no doubt vote democratic because he makes a crappy wage. It's win-win for our criminally corrupt government.
 
The horrible aspect of child labor aside, I would have been thrilled as a 5 year old if I could drive a real tractor.
