You seem to be skipping a lot of other things
Trump asked Comey to end the investigation of Flynn
Trump fired Comey for not ending the Flynn investigation with Russia
Trump had Nunes lie to the press for him and create a fake narrative
Trump had Priebus call the FBI to try to end the investigations
Trump called the head of the NSA and asked him to lie
Trump called the head of the DNI and asked him to lie
6 counts of obstruction of justice
I think that you are re-writing reality.
The Democrats really have nothing to go on here, if they want to take down Trump they better find another angle. Their constant harping on this is only harming their own party more than it is damaging Trump's presidency at this point.
Which part was wrong?
Also, none of this is in Dem hands anymore, Mueller is going to do the take down which is why they are starting to attack him.

As I wrote on more than one occasion, his leak was illegal. So is Comey deciding to do an unauthorized investigation on his own.
