Comey-Mueller's-Homey and Rosenstein having trouble getting their rap together

Once again, Rosenfuck and the DOJ have missed the deadline for turning over Comey's notes, the originals of the ones leaked.

Rosenstein- surprise, surprise- asks for more time in writing to the Committee:

“Department officials are consulting with the relevant parties … one or more of the memos may relate to an ongoing investigation, may contained classified information, and may report confidential Presidential communications, so we have a legal duty to evaluate the consequences of providing access to them,” he wrote.

Let's see now. You can't release Comey's notes because they may contain classified information, including confidential Presidential communications or they might be protected as being part of an investigation, such as Mueller's.

Okay, so let us know what you conclude Rod. Be careful how you finesse this, though, White Boy. Because the next step could be your having to explain to Congress why Comey is not being prosecuted for leaking them then.

Just lookin out for Rod. I am pretty sure the IG is looking out for him too. Well, looking at him anyway. Same thing- OR NOT.

They show open contempt for Congress. They don't care, they will stall, fumble, lie till either the Midterms or Trump removes them from their positions and replaces them with cooperating personnel.
 
It is very difficult to believe all that is happening. Political divisions can and will always exist, but for one side to break the law in so many ways to get ahead is spectacularly shameful and shows how weak their position is going forward.
