Who said anybody impeded yet? Trump came to know that Comey wanted more resources for the Russia investigation and fired him, pretty simple
 
Comey listed all the crimes that Hillary had committed-and then promptly dropped the investigation.

Comey can't find a single crime Trump committed- but wants to investigate till hell freezes over.

No other reasons are necessary to fire that sob.
