While I agree with most all of your assessment regarding the current state of political affairs, I cannot agree with your conclusion to vote for Hillary. You make a more compelling argument to vote third party. Yes, I know in doing so that is more of a protest, throw away vote, but at least I'm not co-signing the establishment bullshit. Yeah, I will suffer the consequences just like everyone else, but this indisputable fact remains the same. Regardless which one of these numbskulls gets elected, the country will continue to circle the drain at an accelerated rate. No way this turns out well.
With her incorporating parts of Sanders' platform into her own, we are getting a bit of a third party option with Hillary.

I'd like to see Congress investigate Cromey.. and throw his ass in jail. He likely deserves nothing less.

I'm worn thin with all this "elites get away with every criminal act".

:(

I cannot endorse Hillary Clinton given her reckless disregard for what should be doing the basic fundamentals of the jobs to which she has be assigned. She is one of three things.
1. She is incompetent to a degree that is simply stunning.
2. She is quite possibly the stupidest person in government.
3. This being the more likely of the three. She is completely indifferent to obeying the laws, rules and regulations that we mere mortals must adhere to.

James Comedy had the perfect opportunity to at least attempt to turn the tide regarding elites vs. the rest of us, but of course it's easier and probably less career threatening to stick with business as usual.

In light of Hillary's case these two examples illustrate the double standard that I think everybody knows or at least suspects exists.

So, one way to look at this is that Comey DID "indict" H. Clinton as much as he could. What is a recommendation? Nothing. Who indicts? A GRAND JURY, and it is the DOJ who will decide whether the evidence the FBI gathered should be heard by a grand jury. The DOJ was/is going to decide with or without a recommendation. It may choose to hide behind the Comey recommendation to NOT prosecute. But had Comey recommended it, the DOJ could have found a reason to disregard the recommendation. Comey had little to gain from recommending. By spelling out the facts, he did as much as he could do to prosecute, and/or see to it that others in the chain of command would prosecute, starting with the voters in November.

It looks like my analysis is four days ahead of Pat Buchanan's analysis (not sure if that's a good thing):

Pat Buchanan said:
By urging no prosecution, but providing evidence for a verdict of criminal negligence in handing classified material, Comey was saying:

I am not recommending prosecution, because, to do that, would be to force Hillary Clinton out of the race, and virtually decide the election of 2016. And that is not my decision. That is your decision.

You, the American people, should decide, given all this evidence, if Clinton should be commander in chief. You decide if a public figure with a record of such recklessness and duplicity belongs in the Oval Office.

Comey was making the case against Clinton as the custodian of national security secrets with a credibility the GOP cannot match, while refusing to determine her fate by urging an indictment, and instead leaving her future in our hands.

And, ultimately, should not this decision rest with the people, and not the FBI?

If, knowing what we know of the congenital mendacity of Hillary Clinton, the nation chooses her as head of state and commander in chief, then that will tell us something about the America of 2016.

And it will tell us something about the supposed superiority of democracy over other forms of government.

I did find Pat Buchanan's analysis on the internet, but, it's possible Pat found my analysis on the internet before i found his analysis on the internet. So i think it's valid.
