combination order with IB

Can I execute a combination order with one click as follows:


sell one position in call and buy two differently price positions again in calls

As for example in SPX

sell one call at 1720 , Buy one call at 1730 and buy another call at 1850 - same date for expiration for all three positions.

Sure, you can use Spread Builder in OptionTrader to individually add the three legs and quote it as one order.
