Reasons:


1. Chances that Haitians will try to cross over to the US are much higher than those of Chile.
2. Highest density of pop/sq. mile in the Western H. = Haiti
3. Biggest shit hole in the W.H - Haiti

Many people are simply not aware of the misery and utter lack of development in Haiti. It is a 4th World country, plain and simple.

I feel sorry for Haiti and have no ill will against its people, but the place is truly behind in every way imaginable.

ok, i was off by 700 miles and 1 month but still:
