Our DemoCrap state legislature and governor are presuming the Dems will win the popular vote in all future presidential elections... if for no other reason than their resolve to "lie and cheat as much as necessary" to make it so.

If I didn't have deep roots here, I'd flee this "Californicated mini-me" of a state and take my tax dollars with!

Of course I'd now like to see Trump win in 2020 along with the popular vote... and have Colorado be forced to cast our 9 EC votes for him even though the Dems prevailed here. I'd LMAO at that!

States can award thier ec votes however they want so you have no case in court

Do it! It would be a win for Colorado and a win for you. All you have to do now is find a state that will have you. Maybe Arkansas or Mississippi would take you in.
