abilities?? most everyone's got talent and ability in some fashion--what they don't have is ACCESS---these programs provide access for a pittance--it's win win for everyone.

upper class?? heck, if a kid wanted to have a shot at an ibank--he could work at mc donalds for the summer, save up 6k, and get an internship. what could be more proletariat?

Summer at McDonalds huh? At 7 bucks an hour and 40 hour weeks that's $3500 at the most with EXEMPT status. A little short of $6k, but then some of us obviously lack basic math skills.

There isn't even any point in trying to explain the rest of it, even if it is common sense. Pretty obvious you never went to college or have an understanding of traditional campus recruiting.
