I had mentioned a while back, that Armstrong has very strong parallels with the former CEO of Nikola. Not that Brian is headed toward jailtime, but the same traits of nothing but false promises, and failed expectations. Not to mention his major priority was selling massive stock (even at cheap prices) in order to buy stupid stuff like personal mansions, etc. Pretty much a similar playbook of Trevor Milton.

Any value investor knows that's an immediate red-flag right there. And often a good shorting opportunity.
 
These rating agencies unfortunately are just a tad better than visiting the Oracle in Delphi (and that's a best case scenario).

They also have a history of giving AAA ratings to the most worst assets you can imagine, so don't pay too much attention...
