"I recently got my COINBASE account closed and I’m trying to get my funds out. I got this message but I’m not entirely sure what it means. Can someone please help me out?

let's say you have $1m in your account.

It means

1. if you want to withdraw $1m,

top up $1m first.

Then you can withdraw $1m.


2. If you try to close your account,
your $1m in your account will be gone.

Oh she is selling "Innovation" finally. Good for her. Part of the same cabal that is front face for all the crypto pumps and taking the uninformed retail money. Guess what, now a section of retail will sleep with the enemy, cause why not right? USD rules everything and they got to keep it going.
